Merit's PG Series general purpose gauges are available in 1.5", 2", 2.5" and 4" dial sizes and are designed for all applications suitable for lead-free brass internal gauges not subject to extreme vibration. Designed to be both durable and economical, each gauge is manufactured with a steel case, push-in polycarbonate lens (for easy replacement), aluminum dial and pointer. 1.5" dial gauges have 3%/2%/3% full scale accuracy while all other sizes have 1.5% full scale accuracy standard. 1.5", 2" and 2.5" dial gauges have a standard black steel ring and PC lens while 4" gauges have a plated steel ring and glass lens as standard. Plated steel rings are available as an option on 1.5" through 2.5" dial sizes.  Available in 1/8" or 1/4" NPT, BSP or BSPT bottom or center back connections. Custom dials, ranges, lens case and internal materials available upon request (subject minimum order quantities). All low-lead brass internal gauges are SWDA compliant.
